For example, the current minimum wall thickness of zinc alloy die-casting aluminum can reach 0.3 mm; the aluminum alloy casting can reach 0.5 mm; the minimum casting aperture is 0.7 mm; and the minimum pitch is 0.75 mm.

High production efficiency: high machine productivity, such as domestic J III 3 horizontal cold air die-casting machine can die-cast aluminum 600-700 times per eight hours, small hot chamber die-casting machine can die-cast aluminum 3000-7000 times per eight hours on average; long life of die-casting aluminum mould, a pair of die-casting aluminum mould, die-casting aluminum bell alloy, life can reach hundreds of thousands of times, or even millions of times; easy to realize mechanization and automation.
3. Excellent economic results: due to the precise size of die-casting aluminum parts, the surface is glossy and clean. Generally, it is no longer machined but used directly, or the amount of processing is very small, so it not only improves the utilization rate of metal, but also reduces a large number of processing equipment and working hours; castings are cheap; combined die-casting aluminum can be used for other metal or non-metal materials. It saves both assembly time and metal.
