Physical and chemical properties:
1. Density. After cold deformation, defects such as micro crack or macro crack, crack and hole in the intercrystalline and intercrystalline make the density of aluminum decrease.
2. Resistance. The intergranular material damage the grain direct contact, grain orientation ordering, intergranular and intragranular fracture, have obvious influence on the change of resistance. The former two make the resistance decrease with the increase of the degree of deformation, and the latter is the opposite.
3. Chemical stability. After cold deformation, the internal energy of the material increases, which makes the chemical properties more unstable and easy to be corroded, especially for stress corrosion.
